JEWELLERY PRODUCTION 1 (Jewellery P1)

WHAT IS IT?

Are you interested in moving your designer-maker business to the next level, but unsure how to go about it? The Jewellery Production 1 workshop (Jewellery P1) has been created to help small jewellery designer-maker businesses ready themselves to work with larger scale suppliers and respond to the changes in the jewellery market today.

This two-day intensive course will cover a range of topics designed to provide attendees with the knowledge and tools to help increase profitability, maximise time and attract new customers; exploring some of the ways in which you can extract more value from your business, without diluting your brand.

WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

The fully subsidised programme provides expert workshops across two consecutive days. Topics covered will include:

  • What makes a Designer-Maker?
  • Jewellery market overview
  • Understanding the influence of Fashion
  • Optimising time and profitability
  • Sourcing manufacturers
  • How to delegate effectively
  • Defining brand value
  • Costing
  • Business model exploration

A one to one diagnostic will be available for each business completing the workshop, to help explore some of the themes and issues of the sessions
