British menswear designer Alex Mullins was born and raised in London. After being educated at Central Saint Martins, Fashion Print BA, he then went on to complete the Menswear MA at the Royal College of Art.
Gaining crucial experience working as a consultant and Head of Design in the UK and Italy, he set up his eponymous menswear brand in the summer of 2013. Mullins was awarded immediate support from the British Fashion Council’s NEWGEN initiative for young designers. He currently has nine international stockists, including luxury multi brand department stores; namely 10 Corso Como (Milan, Shanghai, Seoul) and Joyce Hong Kong.
Alex Mullins playfully explores the narrative of memory and environments through clothing. Creating a distorted reality and a world of infinite possibility. He continues to develop a creative interpretation of work wear; producing a range that has experimental and artisanal textiles with a focus on a classic men’s wardrobe.
